Director Tang of the Quality Department deeply analyzed the challenges and opportunities facing current quality management and emphasized the importance of continuous improvement; Director He of the Technology Department looked forward to how to drive quality upgrades through technological innovation from the perspective of technological innovation; Director Li of the Manufacturing Center combined actual cases to talk about the practical experience of quality control on the production line; Director Chen of the Process Department analyzed the impact of production process optimization on improving product quality from the perspective of professional knowledge.

The finale was General Manager Xia of the company, who summarized the content of the speech from a long-term perspective. Emphasizing that "actions speak louder than words, implementation is the key", employees are encouraged to turn what they said today into actual actions, keep in mind the awareness of "product is king", and ensure that every job and every product can meet customer expectations.
