We are pleased to announce that the spare parts for the Elephant BW-1000 mud pump have been successfully shipped to the UK!

This customer has previously purchased the Elephant BW-1000 Mud Pump , which has a flow rate of 335-1000 lpm, a pressure of 4-10MPa, powered by an 80kw hydraulic motor, and is mainly used for geothermal drilling.

The flushing liquor used by the pump should not contain the chemical impurity, which may corrode metal and rubber parts, meanwhile, the temperature can not exceed 50℃.  If the fluid is drilling mud, then it is recommended to follow below requirement: 

• Specific gravity: between 1.03~1.12, 
• Velocity: 18~25S
• Allowable sand: max. 4% in content, max. diameter 3mm
•  PH Value: 7~8
•  No massive mud clods, grasses, tree leaves inside the fluid
