DS-25 BOP Control System Plunger Pump Skid

The DS25 Horizontal Triplex Single Acting Reciprocating Plunger Pump Skid is a hydraulic power unit specially designed for the remote control console of blowout preventers (BOP). It adopts a horizontal triplex single-acting reciprocating structure, featuring compact design, stable output, and high reliability. The pump skid has an input shaft power of 16.5 kW, a stroke of 60 mm, a plunger diameter of 25 mm, and a pump speed of 500 min⁻¹. The theoretical discharge flow rate is 41 L/min, and the rated discharge pressure is adjustable within the range of 0–21 MPa, meeting the power supply requirements for hydraulic oil medium in BOP remote control consoles.

The pump skid is equipped by default with the YBX3-180M-4-18.5kW explosion-proof industrial frequency motor, featuring explosion-proof rating Ex db IIB T4 Gb, protection rating IP55, insulation Class F, and temperature rise Class B, making it suitable for operating environments with strict explosion-proof requirements such as oil and gas well sites. The transmission method involves the motor driving the pump body through a sprocket box, offering a simple structure and easy maintenance. A safety valve is installed at the pump discharge port, and an accumulator can be optionally configured to stabilize system pressure and absorb pressure pulsations. The suction and discharge port diameters can be customized according to the customer's site manifold, providing strong adaptability.

This makes it suitable for operating environments with strict explosion-proof requirements, such as oil and gas well sites.

Its primary function is to pressurize low-pressure, large-flow media to the operating pressure required for the job, providing a power source for downhole operations.
• During fracturing operations, it can precisely inject fracturing fluid to stimulate the reservoir and enhance productivity. In water injection development, high pressure water injection helps maintain formation energy and improve oil recovery.
• The equipment adopts a triplex plunger reciprocating structure, ensuring continuous and stable flow output. An optional accumulator assembly can be configured to suppress pressure fluctuations, ensuring operational safety and stability. It is equipped with an explosion-proof motor, allowing safe operation in well sites containing flammable gases, meeting explosion-proof requirements.
• The skid-mounted design simplifies installation. The base integrates lifting points and manifold connections, enabling quick positioning and connection, thereby shortening preparation cycles and reducing construction intensity.
