United in Purpose, Charging Ahead | Elephant Machinery’s 2025 Annual Gala Concludes in Brilliance

On January 31, 2025, Elephant Machinery held its annual meeting with the theme "Sailing Through Storms Together, Galloping Towards a Brighter Future" at its Jianhu factory. Company Chairman Xia Hua, General Manager Qi Yun, and nearly one hundred employees and invited partners gathered together to celebrate this splendid evening.

The annual meeting opened with an introductory video, followed by a speech from Chairman Xia Hua, who reviewed the company's achievements in 2025.  This year saw the completion of the digital showroom, showcasing the company's professional capabilities; and the successful development of a diaphragm pump, overcoming key technological challenges. The company also obtained the necessary certifications to enter the global market, including the API Q1 quality management system certificate, CCS certification, and DNV certification, gaining international recognition and laying the foundation for expanding into the marine and energy markets. Simultaneously, the company expanded its core market footprint, deepening its presence in the oil and energy sector.  Leveraging product quality and reputation, it joined the supply chains of Sinopec and CNOOC, and established partnerships with several international oil giants, securing a key position in the mainstream market. Chairman Xia emphasized that these achievements were made possible by the dedication of the employees, and he expressed his high expectations and confidence for even greater success in 2026.

The most exciting part of the annual meeting was undoubtedly the awards ceremony. This year, the "2025 Employee of the Year Award" and the "2025 Outstanding Contribution Award" were presented. The winners, holding their trophies, could barely contain their excitement, and their stories of hard work deeply moved every colleague present.

During the interactive session, prize-winning quizzes, engaging games, and three rounds of exciting raffles took turns captivating the audience. The raffle segments, interspersed throughout the event, built suspense with prizes ranging from refrigerators and convenient  new national standard electric bicycles to the latest Huawei smartphones, eliciting enthusiastic cheers from the crowd. The games further elevated the atmosphere to a hopeful and heartwarming climax.

The grand banquet concluded successfully amidst warm toasts and joyful laughter. This was a glorious celebration for all members of the Elephant team, and a powerful mobilization to unite our forces and prepare for the future. In 2026, we will gallop forward with innovation as our hooves, collaboration as our reins, and perseverance as our whip, striving towards even greater goals.
