Daily Delivery | Elephant CBW-1000 and DBW-1000 Reciprocating Pumps to Korea

We are pleased to announce the successful delivery of the CBW-1000 100-ton horizontal directional drilling mud pump and DBW-1000 reciprocating pump to our South Korean client.

Elephant CBW-1000 diesel engine-driven mud pump, with a flow rate of 335–1000 L/min and pressure of 4–10 MPa. This pump utilizes a Cummins diesel engine and is primarily designed for use with drilling rigs weighing approximately 100 tons. This equipment is a horizontal triplex reciprocating single acting plunger pump featuring a four-speed gear transmission and four flow rates. It not only meets the demands of various new drilling technologies but also satisfies requirements for water-hammer drilling, internal thread drilling, turbine drilling, and conventional core drilling at borehole depths up to 2000 meters. Additionally, it serves grouting applications for soft soil foundations, drilling operations, mountain water conveyance, mine drainage, and embankment grouting. The Elephant DBW-1000 electric mud pump is a horizontal triplex reciprocating single acting plunger pump driven by a variable frequency motor via a coupling reducer. This pump will be delivered to a South Korean client for horizontal directional drilling (HDD) construction.
