Elephant Machinery Completes Factory Acceptance for Huabei Rongsheng and COSL Electric High Pressure Plunger Pumps

Recently, our company had the honor of hosting representatives from Rongsheng Machinery Manufacture Ltd. and China Oilfield Services Limited. The three parties conducted rigorous factory acceptance testing on three sets of DS110-129/35 electric high pressure pumps ordered by the clients. The equipment has now completed 1,500 hours of continuous testing and remains in ongoing operation.

DS110-129/35 electric plunger pump, designed as the main power pump for HPUs on offshore drilling platforms, serves as the core component of the entire system and the primary power source for safety-critical systems. Its high pressure, large flow rate, variable displacement characteristics, and exceptional reliability directly determine the ability to effectively control the wellhead during emergencies, preventing casualties, equipment damage, and environmental pollution. Based on proven pump series, this model enhances materials and performance of critical and wear-prone components while optimizing structural design to extend service life. Its advantages include compact structure, safety and reliability, high flow capacity, high efficiency, and broad high-pressure coverage. It also offers wide applicability, strong compatibility, simple operation, and easy mobility.

This equipment utilizes explosion-proof motors as its power source, with the motors bearing CCS marine product certification. It operates using water-based hydraulic fluid for marine environments, though it can also utilize clean water, emulsions, rust-inhibiting fluids, and neutral oils with viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for all applications requiring a power unit and pressure testing, including pressure vessels, boilers, pipelines, valves, and other equipment. It is also applicable in environments such as oilfield wellheads and offshore drilling platforms. Rigorously tested, all performance metrics meet design specifications, including a maximum flow rate of 129 L/min and peak operating pressure of 35 MPa, demonstrating the product's outstanding capabilities.

During the acceptance process, technical personnel from both parties conducted a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's operational status, covering critical aspects such as motor performance, pump body sealing integrity, and overall stability. After multiple rounds of testing and data analysis, the equipment demonstrated performance consistent with expectations under various operating conditions, showcasing exceptional adaptability and reliability. Furthermore, addressing the specific requirements of offshore drilling platforms, the equipment delivered outstanding performance in corrosion resistance and salt spray protection, earning high recognition from the client representative.

The successful acceptance of this project not only validates the high quality and performance of the DS110-129/35 electric high pressure plunger pump but also further strengthens the cooperative relationship between both parties.
