CBW-2000 Pipeline Booster Plunger Pump Equipment

The CBW-2000 Pipeline Booster Pump is a diesel-powered horizontal triplex reciprocating single-acting plunger pump equipped with an automatic transmission and wireless remote control system.

It is suitable for various industrial scenarios requiring increased fluid pressure within pipelines, such as boosting crude oil pressure from wellheads to gathering stations in petroleum extraction, as well as addressing insufficient pressure in pipeline systems for mine drainage and fluid transportation in industrial production processes.

During pressurization, its unique reciprocating piston/plunger motion alters the pump chamber volume. As the plunger retracts, the chamber volume expands, creating a local vacuum that opens the inlet check valve to draw in fluid. When the plunger advances, the chamber volume contracts, compressing the fluid and increasing its pressure. This forces open the outlet check valve, delivering high-pressure fluid into the pipeline. This process compensates for pressure losses along the pipeline and meets downstream demand.
